Where can I receive my order ?

Orders will be sent to an address given by you.

Shipping Information

All domestic orders within Thailand are shipped via Flash Express and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
We offer free domestic shipping.
A tracking link will be provided after payment, so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Product Care Instructions

To maintain the quality of your leather item:
- Store it in a well-ventilated area. Avoid enclosed, hot, or humid spaces such as wardrobes, sealed boxes, plastic bags, or inside vehicles.
- Use the product regularly to allow the leather to breathe.
- If the item gets wet, gently wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid contact with alcohol or alcohol-based products, as they may cause discoloration.

Issues with Received Orders

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us via LINE within 3 days of the delivery date.
The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition for any resolution to be processed. Requests made after the 3 days may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Product Warranty

We offer a 4-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering functional defects in hardware under normal, reasonable use. To be eligible, items must be in original or gently used condition.
If a repair is needed within this period, it will be provided free of charge. Repairs requested after 4 months, or without valid proof of purchase, may incur a service fee and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Repair turnaround time is approximately 30 days from the date we receive the product.

- Please note: The warranty does not cover leather surfaces, sealants, or edge paints in any circumstance.
- We reserve the right to decline repair or warranty claims that do not meet the conditions above.

Handmade Item Disclaimer

Each Laisren product is handcrafted. As a result, minor imperfections such as small marks or fine scratches may naturally occur. These are not considered defects but rather a reflection of the handmade nature of the product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for such characteristics.

Order Cancellation & Changes

Please note that all sales are final. Once payment has been made, will be unable to cancel, change, or modify orders under any circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects or order errors. We encourage you to review product details and images carefully before placing an order.
